ManagePointe was founded by IT Professionals with a background in training and systems management Over the years we have developed solid relationships with dentists and industry partners that allow us to provide a unique perspective to the technology needs of a dental practice This experience helps us use current technology in the most efficient manner within the dental practice.
Our Team
James W. Rotondo - CEO of ManagePointe Technologies Inc
 James cut his teeth in the high tech world in the late 1980's with technology companies such as Microsoft, HP, Intel, and Novell. He possesses a strong foundation in computer networking systems management and overall office communications. After running a nationwide technology education company, he created ManagePointe Technologies.
Since commencing operations in 2001, this organization has primarily focused on the unique needs within the dental
and medical community. The client base has been steadily growing with the
success of newly released support services and managed offsite backup systems.
In addition to his work with ManagePointe.
In 2010 James released his book
entitled
" Tomorrow's Technology Today" Creating the State-of-the-Art Dental Office.
This book focus on many of the conversations that James has with potential
Dental clients on a daily basis. With years of dental experience under his belt
he provides a great deal on knowledge in this book designed to open the eyes of
Dental professionals as to the options and opportunities that Technology can
afford a private practice office.
John C. Cramer III - VP Technical Operations
John joined
ManagePointe in early 2010 and has brought a strong computer graphics background
with him. Well know in the Dental and Medical fields, the diagnosis is
based on imaging. John's abilities to work within computer graphic files, and
animation has made him a key element when designing and installing top quality
graphical environment for our Doctors. They relay on John unique eye for detail
to provide a long term scalable environment.
Additionally, John is heading up our technical support and deployment team which
is focused on the complete technology and systems integration of a dental or
medical office. John oversees the procurement and installation of only those
items that make your new office perfect.
